Printer Paper

As its name suggests, Toughprint paper is extremely tough and hard-wearing, resisting crumples and tears so print-outs last much longer than ordinary printing paper. The paper is not even affected by dirt and spillages, and can simply be wiped clean. Handy for use in a number of outdoor pursuits, it is the ideal paper for printing maps, garden tags, signs, tickets and photographs.

Its durability provides a quick and easy alternative to plastic and laminated signs and documents. Toughprint paper's microporous surface delivers vibrant colours and clear, high-definition photographic prints.

There are two Toughprint products available - one for Colour and Black & White laser printers and copiers and one for inkjet printers and copiers.

Memory Map, the digital mapping experts, this year received an endorsement from The Duke of Edinburgh Award, making them the 'Recommended Route Planning Tool' for Award Expeditions. Richard White is Programme and Safety Manager for The Duke of Edinburgh Awards. He said: Some Award participants have already benefitted from printing out their planned routes on Toughprint paper. It's great for them to take an A4 map out on their expeditions, alongside the full size map, knowing that it won't disintegrate at the first sign of rain.

Initial thoughts - cha-ching, but now I thin about it, you can print the walks/area you need, which saves buying the OS products. Do it double sided and you can have 2 scales on one sheet/map - bonus.
