MIOPS, who previously released a mobile remote trigger, has announced a Kickstarter campaign to support its new Capsule360 motion box.
With the Capsule360, you can capture smooth automated pans, tilts and slides (or any combination of them) when shooting video and you can use the device to shoot 360-degree images of products, time-lapse or even star trails as well.
The Capsule360 can also learn motion paths, you just need to demonstrate the movements first, via an attached smartphone.
As for power and recording times, the Capsule360 has a powerful built-in rechargeable battery which will last at least for 8 hours of continuous use in most modes and for up to one week when capturing time-lapses. It’s also possible to connect an external USB power source to the device for extended shooting times.
Capsule360 Motion Box Features:
- 3-Axis Motion
- One-Touch Object and Face Tracking
- Automated 360° Product Photography
- Enhanced Motion Time-Lapse Modes
- Star Tracking Mode
- Automatic Setup
- Motorised Dolly Accessory
If the Kickstarter campaign is successful, worldwide delivery will begin in December 2018
