As anticipated, GoPro has released the HERO6 Black as well as the Fusion camera.

The HERO6 is powered by GoPro's custom-designed GP1 processor, features the most advanced video stabilisation ever achieved in a GoPro and it can capture 4K60 as well as 1080p240 video. The HERO6 also has an improved dynamic range and low-light performance.

As well as the HERO 6, GoPro has also announced the launch of the GoPro Fusion - a camera which is capable of capturing immersive 5.2K spherical video. The Fusion features gimbal-like stabilisation and you can share footage as VR content or use the GoPro apps' OverCapture function to recapture and share your spherical shot as a traditional fixed perspective video.

GoPro Fusion is currently available for pre-order and will ship in November for £699.99.
Other updates to the GoPro range include a new 'follow' mode for the Karma drone and an 'auto-shot path' function for the watch which will keep the Karma hovering in place while it rotates, keeping the Karma Controller in frame wherever it goes. Other new Karma updates include an expanded Cable-Cam auto-shot path and 'Look Up' camera tilt capability.
Current Karma owners may unlock new features via a firmware update, available today.
A range of new accessories are also now available and these include a pocket-able extension pole and tripod, an updated floating handgrip with a quick-release mounting feature and a versatile bite mount with an easy-to-spot float
