Today at The Photography Show, four Wacom competition prizes
were presented by Sarah van den Belt, Channel Marketing Manager, from Wacom. The prizes won in the February competition are:
We asked the winners for their thoughts on winning the prize and here is what they said:
(Above right, and right with Sarah van den Belt) - Uses his dad's Wacom but says it will be great to have his own to edit photos to put on ePHOTOzine. He uses Photoshop and Lightroom as well as doing video editing. He mostly shoots portraits, both in studio light and natural as well as video using continuous lighting.
(2nd from right) - Said he was surprised to win, and has not used a tablet before, but looked at them previously, and wants to use it to its full potential. This is the first competition he has entered and he's been asked to enter images for commercial imaging. He has been very impressed by quality of images on ePHOTOzine.
(2nd from left) - Said she has been looking at tablets as she gets pain from using a mouse too much, using Photoshop and Lightroom, so really pleased to win. She likes doing natural portraits of kids and other photography using natural light. She uses Lightroom for most editing, then uses layers in Photoshop.
(Far Left) - Says he is really thrilled to win and have the image selected and have the opportunity. He'd like to thank Wacom for sponsoring the competition and would like to thank ePHOTOzine for running it. He says he tends to enter competitions that fit his style of photography. His style of photography is a bit of everything, although he likes to take photos that tell a story in landscapes. He uses Photoshop and has used the Wacom Bamboo.
