Wilkinson Cameras – the North West’s leading independent photo retailer – is opening a brand new flagship store in Liverpool.

The new store - which is located at 51 Lord Street, in the heart of the city centre close to Liverpool One shopping centre and leisure complex -  will open on 1 August 2013.

Established in 1986, the latest store opening will mean Wilkinson Cameras takes its number of stores to 10 in the North West – making it the largest independent photo retailer in the region.  The new Liverpool store will also be creating up to 5 new jobs for the city.

Wilkinson Cameras managing director David Parkinson said: "Our core values – expert knowledge, first class customer service and comprehensive product range – will be key to all we offer in the new store. We’ve been in business 27 years, so have a wealth of knowledge and expertise to share – we look forward to opening the doors on the new Liverpool store and welcoming customers old and new!"

The award winning team of photography experts at Wilkinson Cameras is on hand to provide expert advice and guidance to photographers of all levels – whether you’re just getting started in photography, or a full time pro.
