XP Distribution, the specialist distributor for X-Rite’s range of colour management products, today announced that they will be exhibiting their colour management solutions, aimed at photographers and filmmakers, at The Photography Show 2017.
Flying all the way from Dallas, Texas, Dixie Dixon will also be making her debut at The Photography Show representing X-Rite at a number of sessions on the Nikon School Stage and Main Stage. As an award-winning fashion photographer, Dixie continues to work with some of the world’s leading brands and represents X-Rite as a Coloratti member and also Nikon as a US Ambassador.
Dixie will be discussing ‘Capturing The Color of Life in Fashion Photography’ during her speaker sessions at The Photography Show. During the in-depth class, the attendees will learn the importance of colour in photography as well as tips on how to use specialised fashion photography techniques including lighting, camera settings and composition.
Dixie Dixon’s speaker schedule is as follows:
- Saturday 18 March - 13:00 – 13:45 Nikon School Stage (C11)
- Sunday 19 March - 13:00 – 13:45 Nikon School Stage (C11)
- Monday 20 March - 11:20 – 12:05 Nikon School Stage (C11)
- Tuesday 21st March, 10:30 – 11:15 Nikon School Stage (C11), 12:00 – 12:30 TPS Main Stage, 13:50 – 14:35 Nikon School Stage (C11)
As well as X-Rite’s colour management devices, there will be an interactive video area on the stand where visitors can learn more about X-Rite’s ColorChecker Video charts. X-Rite will demonstrate how to get colour accuracy right from the start, and then through to grading, whilst enabling visitors to learn more about colour management and X-Rite’s industry-leading technology.
X-Rite’s stand (C81) will host a number of end-to-end solutions for all colour workflows, including its best-selling product ranges: ColorChecker, ColorMunki, and i1 Pro and those attending the show will also be able to enter a competition to win a destination holiday to Montenegro when they visit the X-Rite stand (C81).
