Yasuhara Anthy 35mm lens

Japanese brand Yasuhara have announced a new line of Anthy prime lenses, for Canon RF (EOS RP), Nikon Z (Nikon Z 6, Z 7) and Sony E-mount (Sony Alpha 7/9 range).

So far the Anthy 35mm is the only lens available, with a 50mm and 85mm optic in development. All the lenses will be manual focus, and lack weatherproofing.

Yasuhara say that they want to return to 'the origin' of photography style, with the left hand controling the focus and aperture manually.

Yasuhara state that the Anthy 35mm features practically zero distortion for a natural image, and has superb bokeh capability.

We've reviewed a couple of Yasuhara's other lenses - the Madoka 180 7.3mm f/4 fisheye lens for Sony NEX cameras, and the Yasuhara Nanoha x5 macro lens, for MFT cameras.
