These days 'customer service' comes in a variety of guises, many of which are anything but a service. More often than not if you call a customer service toll free number these days you’ll receive an automated response. From there you must punch in 15 different numbers to get where you want to go, then half the time you’re disconnected. The other half you find out that the person on the other end of the line can’t actually help you because you entered in the wrong number. So they transfer you and put you on hold for another 20 minutes. By this point your frustration is so high you can’t even remember why you contacted customer service in the first place.

Luckily, that’s not the way things are done at Zenfolio.
