Digital Photographer's Guide to Photoshop Elements
Rating:5 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 5
Author:Barry Beckham
Publisher:Ilex Press

I worked with Barry when I launched Digital PhotoFX back in 1997. At the time he was one of the leading digital imaging experts - these days we have loads of experts so the question is... will Barry still be ahead of the game?
For a start he's chosen to use Photoshop Elements which is much more affordable than Photoshop so that's a welcome move. The book has the familiar clean Ilex design and the photos are from Barry's extensive collection. These are great examples to work with and make the book look fabulous.
Barry guides us through Elements from a basic level to highly advanced showing us that it can do most of the things you'd do in Photoshop for a 5th of the price.
You'll learn loads with this book and it's well worth the cover price.
