This book features around 100 images that are set to astound and amaze with captions explaining facts about the subject. Patterns made by coins falling in water, reflections in water droplets, puthering smoke trails and cross polarisation rainbows are among the subjects covered.
Being a regular viewer of the ePHOTOzine gallery would have introduced you to this kind of imagery so there's probably not too much to astound you as our experienced members have a similar technical ability. And, unlike John's previous macro books, he doesn't describe equipment used or explain any of the photography technique so from a photographic technique perspective this book is fighting a losing battle. And I'm not sure the images, although fascinating, will do enough to make you want to part with the 15 asking price.
