This 144 page paperback gives an insight into the world of professional wedding photography. Once again lots of RotoVision design tricks are played with on type. You have text on its side enlarged quotes and small body copy. What really works are the large informative pull quotes that sum up the content of the photo on the page, making it great for time starved readers. The advice overall is useful and supplied to Cathy by the likes of award winner Keith Thompson and Daniel Valla.
The book is split up into sections including the bride, couples, family and friends and there's a section on presentation which includes the token digital piece. There are also a few pages on cultural differences to help should you be asked to shoot an Asian wedding, but probably not enough to get you through.
Overall, a book with plenty of old and new ideas to help your wedding photography, but not the best on the subject.
