Invisible walkway

I keep Red eyed tree frogs as pets, and wanted a way to capture the entire frog without obstructions, so came up with the idea of using smoothened glass. The frog was sitting on the edge of a curved glass frame for this image, black card used for the background.
Taken outside for better light and a ring flash was held at an angle to light up the frogs features. I prefer not to use the ring light on the front of my camera as I feel it leaves subjects looking rather flat at times.
