A Mycena mushroom. Most Mycena species look very similar macromorphologically, but micomorphologically they are very distinct...so a microscopic analysis is usually needed for accurate species determination.

If anyone has an idea what subspecies this is I'd be happy to get any information possible.

Taken in my backyard. They were growing in leaf and bark debris under live oak trees.
