The Darkroom was established in 1992 to provide the professional services of E6 processing, Colour and BW Hand printing and from the outset was a Kodak Q-lab: the process quality monitoring scheme.

Today we offer a comprehensive range of printing services by mail or online from any film or digital source, using Noritsu digital laser printers on photographic paper and Epson 9800 printing Ultrachrome inks onto fine art papers, canvas and photo equivalent papers. A new range of Photo gifts is proving popular with very good photographic quality: it surprised us how good it was! For postal customers we have added a FREEPOST service: a downloaded label from our website will ensure first class Royal Mail postage up to 1kg. www.the-darkroom.co.uk

However we have not forgotten our roots and still provide all the traditional services valued by clients from all over the UK. These include BW prints on fibre base paper and associated toning .
