At LPH we’re passionate about photography, and so are our guests. It doesn’t matter how much they do or don’t know about photography, but when they leave they do know that their passion has been nutured by everyone at LPH.
Through all seasons LPH provides Landscape workshops which include excursions to parts of the Lake District often overlooked by the tourist guides, where guests are offered personalized coaching and tuition in all aspects of landscape photography. As well as this we offer superior full-board licensed accommodation with superb home cooked food using local Cumbrian produce, 9 ensuite bedrooms, guest lounge and lecture room, digital and film photography, digital room with computers, printers and broadband access, wet darkroom, extensive photographic library and six acres of natural woodland overlooking Skiddaw and Bassenthwaite Lake.

LPH also offer a range of specialist workshops including Limited Walking , Active walking workshop, Black & White and Getting to grips with Digital.
