Mitcham camera Club was established in 1948 and rapidly became the leading camera club in SW London/Surrey. It is known as possibly the friendliest club in the area and has an inclusive open door policy. They are members of the Federation of South London Photographic Societies and the Surrey Photographic Association. The clubs standards are extremely high but members keep their feet firmly on the ground, with a wide range of social and photographic oriented events throughout the year the MCC just goes from strength to strength.
Visitors are always welcome any Wednesday evening (8.00pm - 10.00pm) to get a feel for the club and there is never any pressure to join straight away. If you want to improve your photography then joining a camera club is a good way to exchange ideas and learn.
