Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and our aim is to teach new skills and ideas that you can achieve with your existing equipment. The new proficiency that you will learn can be taken forward at your own speed, to aid your photographic progression. All workshops are run in a friendly, informal atmosphere that will expedite your learning.
We limit our workshops to a maximum of 8 participants and 2 tutors. This ensures that help and advice will be freely available to all for the duration of the workshop.
A full set of course notes will be made available for you to take home at the end of the workshop. We also offer free of charge ongoing support to all participants. This is a service we believe no other UK photographic workshop provides you with at present.
We wish to make our workshops a pleasant learning experience for all involved. To that end, we start by explaining and making sure you understand the basics of what makes a good image. Metering, focus, and composition make up the three elements that are required. The first part of each workshop will be dedicated to these skills, before we move on. After which the emphasis will be on focal length, the creative use of shutter speed and aperture as well as filters.
We will then work on a one to one basis with each participant to ensure these key skills, plus other tips and tricks have been mastered.
