Getting serious now, this model has 23% of the viewing screen targeted as potential focus points for the increasingly sophisticated eye-control autofocus system. Add to this a metering system now featuring 21 zones to evaluate, coupled to the AF system and you are talking serious technology.

Bought mine used from ebay for 250$. Mint condition. Use it mostly for BW portraits, and as "fun" camera next to my Canon 50D. Ease of use and layout of controls is brilliant. Goes extremely well with my Canon 24-105 L, and Canon 50mm f/1.4. The eye control focus, however seems to be more a gimmick, in other words; Not very useful. The camera seems to be built like a tank, and has adequate waterproofing, at least paired with Canon L lenses. Camera fits very well in hands, even better than my 50D !

Using film, makes you think a little bit more before shooting, often bringing out the best in your photography ;)

If you have an interest in film photography, and already own one or more EF mount lenses, don't hesitate to get one of these beauties.
