The D800E is the same spec as the D800 but with the AA / Anti-Aliasing filter removed for additional resolution in photos. A Pro spec SLR with a newly developed Nikon 36.3mp FX CMOS Sensor, along with full HD video and still shooting up to 4fps, (6fps with MB-D12 and DX crop mode) The D800E has the same Expeed 3 Image processing power as the Nikon D4 and despite having three times the resolution of the D700 it has similar noise characteristics. Improved low light performance allow the camera to be used even under moonlight.
