24 hour embargo on posting images.

I was just wondering if the 24 hour time limit on posting an image could be swapped to the Date of posting. At present it is from the time of posting This change would not affect how many posts one could make but be far more flexible and convenient.

What do other members think?

I stand to be corrected, but as far as I am aware, the 'one-a-day' rule applies to the date, not a rolling 24 hours.
i.e. - you can upload at 23:55 and again at 00:05 as far as I am aware...
