Hi. Is there an adapter that will enable me to use my canon EF lenses on a Pentax 645D? Many thanks.

IMO, its kind of pointless, as the 645D sensor is 1.7x approx. larger than the size of your canon sensor, the effect would be like shooting through a telescope, they are available to do the reverse, Pentax 645 to Canon ?

A quick google search which you may or may not have done, didn't bring anything up regarding Canon to P645

Looks they're for using Pentax lenses on Canon EOS, may be wrong though.

Ah. That would make sense. It's the sensor size of course!

Also the flange distance (ie distance from the lens mounting flange to the sensor), which is greater for the Pentax than the Canon. You can use an adaptor do increase the flange distance, but not to decrease it.

Many thanks for this. Does the larger sensor size affect the image quality?
