Adobe Elements 2020

First, a Happy, Safer and Prosperous 2020 to all!
I have been using free editing tools fro Google to view and and minor edits using free software within Googlechrome. Santa was a little late and dropped off Photoshop Eleents 2020 today. I am in the process of replaceing y laptop and would like to know if Elements can be loaded on two laptops. Both machines are mine.

I can't believe that anyone hadn't actually transferred all their hopes and dreams to 2021!! But happy 2021 to you and suggest you forget that 2020 ever existed.
All Adobe products can be used on 2 computers with no problems. They are licensed for 2 and that is fully functioning with all extras that are included.

A quick (I hope) question.
I use Photoshop Elements 2020 but it wont show the thumbnails of my Sony RX100 mk6 raw files.
The camera is older than the Elements version and I've tried installing the plug in but nothing has worked.
I am able to see the images in my free Fast Stone Image Viewer so can use that to select the pictures to work on.

I did not load Elements earlier as I had problems with my laptop. Having got a replacement, loaded Elements and the program will not accept the serial number. Bought Elements from Amazon UK. Spent a couple of hours trying to get contact details from the Amazon website without success. Lots of info on how to sell you things but nothing on how to deal with issues like this. I cannot find order details as the order listing stops at March.

Been on to the Adobe website and been chasing my tail to get help. Get sent to FAQs that does not help me to sign in.
Is this the nature of business to day, even with reputable companies in that if FAQs do nott help, have the good manners to go away but still keep giving me your hard earned money.

I have found that issues like this can waste a lot of time. I usually find, if the normal routes are not easy, I write a letter to head office. Few people do this so it tends to be brought to the attention of someone more senior who can make something happen. I have always found Adobe Ok from just a phone call but had to write to curry's, Amazon, Ja Ja and HSBC bank recently. The first was not providing a price match as per their web site. Curry's ignored my first letter completely so I then took out a small claims court action against them and their legal dept. responded very quickly just asking for a few more details then quickly offering the amount claimed including the court fee. I cancelled the court action as soon as I received the money. With Amazon the item delivered was not the item shown in the Video on the Amazon site. Amazon initially claimed that, as it was a Market place item, it was not their problem (not true). I did contact the Market place company but they would not accept responsibility because Amazon were to blame for the faulty advert which they had pointed out to them. I found Amazons head office in London and wrote to explain unless they paid in full I would take out a County Court Summons. They then responded with an apology and full refund. I won't bore you with my claims against Ja Ja and HSBC but you can see that you need to be persistent and know your rights.
You can also be lucky if you just happen to speak to an employee who fully understands your issue and can solve it. Best of luck!
