Almost POTW time and very few new PAs
I don't think there is going to be a problem now we have more people on board. We just need to get everybody in to the galleries (not just the short-listed gallery but the main gallery too as well as the Pending HCs and Pending PAs gallery) and get voting.
That's all the problem has been before I feel - too few active judges so images are not getting enough nominations to give them the actual awards within the time span necessary

Im undecided about this one
its a very nice image, with great colours, but it doesnt really jump out at me, anyone else have any views on it? just getting an idea as what everyone is looking for etc,

thats ok, just thought id ask as was going through the already shortlisted photos and not much jumped out of there either,
Don't forget to look in the Pending HC/PA galleries too 
It's essential you look at these two galleries as it's these that have already been nominated so are on their way to being HCs and PAs
