Any Dealings With Warranty Direct.

I bought a car with 12 months warranty from these people, after 1 month screeching from clutch and was advised to take it to one of their garages where the clutch was replaced. Warranty Direct refused to pay saying the clutch plate hadn't broken.

To cut a long story short I got the RAC on my side and wrote to Warranty Direct stating their contract was designed to deceive and their definition of broken was at odds with the meaning in the Oxford Dictionary and I was taking Legal action to recover my costs.

Three days later they paid up.

They are not worth the money or the hassle, avoid.

Thanks Steve,

I've been checking out Warranty Wise and Warranty Direct and that was what I was concerned about. I was wondering if they would 'Skwerm' when a claim was submited.
