Hi,

I have an account with Clikpic but have been unable to access the admin stuff for a couple of days. my website is still up but I want to add more stuff to it ..........

Anyone else experienced similar problems or heard of worrying stuff about them? Can't help but fear the worst!

Cheers,

Carl.

They were having problems for most of the day yesturday and all night, ok this morning though.

They are very... very... very slow at fixing problems, particularly on the weekend.

Happens occasionally, due to site maintenance. I usually find Clikpic extremely helpful and speedy with it. Can't say I've ever noticed them being very, very , slow.Smile Maybe I'm lucky, or maybe Paul (Reluctant Fish) has been unlucky!

Have been having problems since yesterday evening (March 2) - the Clikpic admin login page appears to have mysteriously vanished

Is it just me? Tongue

Funnily enough, I had the same problem last night at home (blank screen instead of login screen), but I've just tried here on my office PC and all seems ok.

I'll try again when I get home.

Yes I have had a problem with Clikpic - to the extent I have cancelled my account.
I have had my account since 2006 (14 years).

I renewed my account from 19/06/2020 for 1 year two weeks ago, then I checked my photos.
The landscape format images on the Clikpic website were all rotated 90 degrees clockwise- it was on its side. This was not right.

I went into the website to check, in the backend, the landscape photo in the thumbnails was correctly orientated into a landscape format. When I looked at the "full view" the image was rotated 90 degrees clockwise- it was on its side.

I sent a support message, one of the directors of Clikpic replied that. I must re-upload the image. The Thumbnail was correctly orientated, so uploaded the image again would make no difference.

I sent two messages through their support desk inside the website:
25/05/2020 - asking to get a technical person to look at it, - No answer
8/06/2020 - telling them the renewal had not started, I had deleted all my images and wanted a full refund - guess what? - No answer.

I have just emailed their support email aksing the director to refund my renewal cost in full as the renewal is only due to start on the 19/06/2020, and asked for confirmation from them. I think they are just after money now, they don't have the expertise to fix the problem. I would definitely AVOID Clikpic. Not good anymore.

Massive problems with Clikpic! I have tried to transfer a website but just get "AJAX internal server error" messages. I have raised three support tickets which have all been ignored. I have checked out Clikpic on Trustpilot and lots of users are having similar problems. The support has disappeared, but they are still taking people's money. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, look elsewhere if you're thinking of having a website!
