Hi Folks,
I shoot quite a bit on location, in people's homes, clubs, hotels etc. and I use 2 off-camera flashes, a Canon 580Ex11 and a Canon 420EX with stofen diffusers, or I fire them at the ceiling.
(OK if its white and not too high), but I recently saw these "inflatable" diffusers from Hama and wondered if anybody has used them yet.
I'm sure they won't be a patch on a proper studio set up of any sort, but I don't usually have the time or space for that.
Any help or comments much appreciated.

It looks a bit gimmicky.
I would have thought a shoot through umbrella would do a better job for around the same money.

I use the Lumiquest softbox

Works well and folds flat, the inflatable version would be far to gimmicky for me.

It sounds rather like this http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.5124 from deal extreme for a couple of quid delivered. I can't imagine the quality being up to much, but it certainly wouldn't cost much to find out!
I've ordered a gary fong type diffuser from there for $13 delivered, just to try it out -http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.10753 it gets some decent reviews, and looks nice and compact. You never know..
