Anyone recommend effective Actions for adding frames / borders to images for the Web?

I've decided I could do with sprucing up my presentation of images to be posted on the Web. Could members who make use of them please recommend a set of Actions for frames and borders. Despite my Yorkshire heritage I am more interested in obtaining 'quality' than having lacklustre frames and borders just because they can be downloaded for free. Now if it's possible to square the circle, count me in... Smile

Personal opinion...

I find the majority of borders either add nothing to the image, ergo a waste of time, or distract from the image, ergo should not be used. Or, worst case scenario make a good image worse.
I usually add a 2 pixel white border round images and display on a black bg. Works for me.

Make a border you like in Photoshop then record it as an action. Its what I do and simple to do.
