I used to like Daily Telegraph, but cannot afford the subscription fee now; or at least I object to paying that. Daily Mail used to be a proper paper, but nowadays ? - flick over the first 12-14 pages to get to coverage of some news. Not worth the money, but my wife likes it and we get Nectar points for each edition we buy.

I do like the Yorkshire Post for articles like this: allotment was powerful medicine

I only buy Saturday and Sunday papers these days plus our local rag...

We watch the BBC coronavirus update but turn off to avoid the questions!!!

NI coronavirus is only one Facebook via Coolfm or similar...seems weird to have to search for the information but helps us get to grips with new technology...

I'd love to get some other news, be it good or bad. Whatever happened to knife crime, etc., or the latest on Brexit? How much is disappearing under the radar because of this ceaseless, blanket virus coverage? Some people will be making the most of this 99% concentration on Covid, and not in a good way.
