Really enjoyed it - the spooky bits were really good. I do like it when they put some effort into making a TV prog and it really shows in this one.

The speed boat scene will be etched in my memory forever along with the line
"You, in leather, holding that, gives me the horn"

What a guy.

P.S. Can I say horn?

It rocked - absolute class, with some deeply cheesy ultra-wideangle shots (see, bringing it ontopic there!)

The only car of the time.......Ford Capri 2.8i, nobody had quattros or beemers unless they had money to burn. Yeah quattros are classics now but at the time most people were still unsure of owning a 'rally' car.

Actually according to the actor quattros were not available in Uk at that time but as a bit of artistic license that went for that as it fits the style of the show.

Quatro, should have been a last of the line Capri 2.8i, more in keeping with the character. Or a dolly sprint.

I quiet enjoyed it, but it had a few Miami Vice moments, a few to many.

Music is there a list, there is one tune bugging me, The turned it down over the lyrics but what was it

"I am in love with a German film star
I once saw in a movie
Played the part of a real trouble maker
But I didn't care
It really moved me..."

I think that is how it goes.

I guess one of the reasons they didnt use the Dolly or the Capri was they were 'the' cars of the Proffesionals, oh yeah together with the RS2000 Escort.
Smile
Loads of arse hanging out and opposite lock.....those were the days.......I'm off to ebay to search for a 2.8 Wink
