Doing a photography day on a weekend & when also open to the public is too problematic because its very difficult keeping the visitors at the photographers happy & occupied. We have tried it & it didn't work. If you want, we could hold another meet on a Monday or a Tuesday during a school holiday period, just an idea so we can look at getting the juniors in.

Sounds good for me, might be a good idea to remind me when we get closer, give me about 3 weeks notice so we can get a time & date fixed.
