I love how great portraits coupled with the words and aspirations of the subjects creates a really compelling potential vision for a fresh future.

Yes, I saw it this morning. The portraits are beautiful, and moving, particularly with the text. I remember that age...

I wondered why so many of them have their arms folded, whether that's representative of the whole collection, whether it was the photographer's direction or how they coped with nervousness.

Probably the photographer's method to get them to stop fidgeting and sit still. Many children, when feeling a bit self-conscious, don't know what to do with their hands...

Sadly though, without the words, I find them just perfectly adequate photos, but nothing more.
