Best Compact Camera - Replacement for Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS8.

I have a Lumix LX15 and really like it as a pocketable camera, except no EVF.
I expect the colours in the jpegs will be similar to ZS8.
With f1.4 it's good indoors and the small flash can be bounced if you hold it back with a finger.
Controls are nice, A quirk of set up is that with exp. comp assigned to rear thumb wheel shutter priority cannot be used other than through touch screen menus (a bit fiddly but I don't use SP with it - AP or P mainly).
The biggest issue I'd comment on is the grip.
It's a high glass smooth body can be a little slippery, I always use the wrist strap.

Quote:Panasonic Lumix DC-TZ200 (Leica ) 24-360 mm Eqv....Superb......

You might find the TZ100 a better bargain. There are a few differences between that and the TZ200, but if you're not bothered about those then you'll get a TZ100 for a much better price. Comparison here.
