Hi, I now use On1 Photo RAW 2019 and when I choose a Canon CR2 RAW file to import into the Textures options all I get is a black box but the same image is visable in the Browse Modue as a RAW. What is the best image format to save image files to use as textures oveall? Thankyou, Russ.

Ultimately a tiff image as there's no compression, assuming you're processing your other RAW images to tiff.
Or hihg quality (maximun setting) jpg should be fine (no pun intended!) as any artefacts would be lost amongst the blend.
Create both from a RAW file and see how they work.

I have not used On 1 myself other than a quick trial but the Raw file is not a bit mapped file which you will need for a texture. The reason why you see it in the Browse module is almost certainly because it is displaying the embedded JPEG thumbnail. You should save a copy of the texture file as a JPEG. There are videos on the ON1 site detailing all of this and all the examples are JPEG but TIFF may be possible.
