True craftsmanship and made about a mile from where I grew up.
A Gandolfi field camera (and still made today as far as I know).

Indeed sadly long gone, when I started studying photography at college in 1971, for our first year we were only allowed to use Gandolfi 5 x 4 field cameras, for our second and third years we were allowed to use the colleges Sinars, I still preferred the Gandolfi.
