Best tips for downloading WinZip?

Can anyone recommend the best way to download WinZip for free (and keep it for free thereafter)?

Reason I ask is, I want to download an Adobe Camera Raw update for my Photoshop Elements 4.0 software, but the download comes as a zipped file Ė and I donít have WinZip. However, when (using a link from Adobe) I opened the WinZip download instructions from WinZipís own site, that then took me to cNet, where there was a note to the effect that after the WZ download was complete it would be followed by an automatic download of Paintshop Pro (133Mb file, no less!), and I donít want that.

So, can I get WinZip free legitimately, no risks, without unwanted add-ons, or what?

Not sure if Winzip is free any more but there are plenty of free zip tools which do the job. I am currently using ZipGenius.

I use Justzipit most of the time - just right click the file and all options appear in the context menu, it is very convenient as there is no need to open a program.

Sorry, that doesn't seem a very good link for ZipGeniuo, this one is better.

BTW it does all the context menu stuff too.
