Try "Virtual Photographer" by OptikVerne labs its free and its looks pretty good to me.

I Think you'll find that Virtual Photographer is a " Photoshop Compatible " Plugin......!

This means you either have to use it with Photoshop OR another image editor that uses Photoshop plugins........!

The Gallery program on the same site.....Is a stand alone program though......! And may provide similar adjustments, Although the blurb is a tad un-clear on that......!

That said, Just about any image editor will provide Mono ( Black & White ) adjustment/Conversions........Some better than others.....Check out your " Fuji " software.....I'd be suprised if it did not contain something along those lines.........!

I think it may work with PSP also, not sure though.

What about Photoshop Elements (it's only 76), or there's Gimp , or , both free.

theres Photoshop and Paintshop for less than a penny "if ya know where to download"....
