Disaster, eh?

It reminds me when tornados were reported in West Midlands in 2009. With a mental image of the twisters we see in the American midwest I was rather bemused to read the description:

I wish we could get some rain here in Tenerife. We've had 1 day of rain in almost 18 months in Puerto Santiago, on the South West coast.

Its about time the Government start listening to the Environmental Agency and stop allowing building in flood areas.
