Hi

I have recently got a Canon 700d. I chose it over other models due to flip out screen. However the screen is a little annoying as it doesn't seem to rotate/flip fully and has slight angle inwards. I found this a bit annoying when trying to frame angles and when is rotated so can see yourself is pointing out a bit. When wanting to take portrait photos it points to the sky slightly and can't see the screen properly. This is makes using it frustrating.

Just wanted to check to see if this is normal and camera is designed this way? Seems a bit odd to me.

i just checked mine and although it does angle in slightly by a few degrees it's not as prominent as yours is.

Thank you so much for checking and your help.

Have been on youtube and seen a few videos of the camera and noticed the flip screen also seems to not go fully parallel. So being to think its by design. Sad looks like the canon 80d's flip screen is better and sorted this. Is a bit annoying.

Thanks again for your help
Ian
