It will come out,and i bought mine to stop the bending down.
Got mine of e bay for 20 pound not canon, but i'd say its on eof the few gadgets that dont have to be made by canon..
So yeah get one Wink

I find one essential for low level work (shooting fungi/flowers from the ground up and shooting at awkward angles). Mine's more than paid for itself in the lack of uncomfortable viewing. I picked a Jessops one up off eBay for 10. I also have an older Pentax one which cost about 30 (the new price is 370!)

I purchased a Canon one for mine and its everything I ever wanted, especially the x2 bit which is very useful in magnifying the view to check when you are in manual focus.

Ok took a look on E bay , there is a big gap in price ???

W.E do it 150
but you can get it on E bay for $50 about 25 plus 5 postage .
Maybe this is me being stupid but if i don't ask then i will never know .
the only problem i can see is its from H.K . is there some hidden cost in there that i should know about ?
Or is this just a great deal ?

What is the exact description?

Is it actually a Canon one?

You are liable to tax and stuff on imports, don't forget.

I have one of the cheap ones from hong kong and it works well, the attachment which goes over the eyepiece is a bit of a pain but I use the item a lot. Angle finders can be used well for landscape photography too especially in harsh light you can then see everything easily in the angle finders viewfinder and really concentrate on the composition much beter than using the cameras own viewfinder.

If you check THIS page out you'll find lots of 'universal' angle finders, mostly from Hong Kong/China, and all for a lot less than the pukka version from Canon.
