Hi, Just watched a video on YT at around the 7:20 secs mark (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HQjDDM4WSIo&t=318s)and it is shown how to see the Blown Out Areas (Blinkies) on a Nikon camera in the individual RGB areas of an image, is this possible on Canon DSLR's? Thankyou, Russ.
In the video he says that 'on the Canon it is similar, find the 'Highlight Alert' in the menu and turn that on'.
Hi, Thankyou. Yes I no how to turn on the Highlight warning on Canon but not how to show the indivdual channels that are being clipped except via the histogram. Thankyou, Russ.

Hi Russel,
Yes it is possible with Canon cameras (I have done this with each of my 5D's), but you'll need to check the manual for your particular camera to find the appropriate menu option.
Regards,
Adam
