Hi guys!
This is one of my canvases displayed but I was wondering how to change the background wall colour in Photoshop CC?

Regards,

Fergal.😀

I used selection tool to trace round frame, then Select, inverse, then paint in required colour
I think that's what you were trying to do

Are you out of date?

Current Lightroom or PhotoShop has a select subject option which will perfectly select the picture in this image.

You then invert to work on the background (mount) and change it to what you want.

Processing time under 1 minute in Lightroom.

Current Lightroom comes with beta options to change the facial lighting in a portrait or to change a summer landscape to a decently convincing snowscape.
