Did anyone see the final 12, and if so, any EPZ'ers amongst them? I'm not sure that every picture fully filled the brief of 'colours of the countryside', but not having seen the others I can't make any comparisons.

wasn't impressed by the majority, that hedgehog was cute, but that mouse one looked a bit suspect...
I thought pretty poor except the one of the solo sheep in the heather at least it fits the brief.

I entered one small picture at the last minute. Autumn colours on a wooded hillside. I didn't see it on the judges tables, but I was not surprised.
I liked the hare. Of the others, I thought that the holly was in a strange position!

I like No. 4 (sunrise) and No. 7 (hare) the best.

A good image, assuming it is genuine, though the ear tags spoil it somewhat. for me.

Twee is what I first thought, I liked the sheep in the heather as it fits the brief.

Caught the last 10 mins or so of the programme. Who did the judging this year ? (please tell me it wasn't Jo Brand again !)

I think it just demonstrates, that sometimes as photographers, we get caught up in what we like, and what technical failings an image has - when for the general public, they want images that make them go aaah at least for a competition like this, when its to be used as a calendar.
