Creating photo within photo

This is one way of doing it.
Open both images in Photoshop.
Select the part of the image you want to insert using any of the selection tools, or click on select on the menu bar and then on all if you want to insert thwe whole picture.
Go to edit on the menu bar and click on copy.
Click on the picture you want to insert in to and then got to edit, and then paste. This will give you a new layer with your inserted image at the top.
Making sure this layer is selected you can now use the move tool to position it.
If the scale is wrong select the inserted image and goto edit, transform, scale and adjust to whatever size you want.
Hope this makes sense as i am hopeless at explaining things.

Just a quick addition - make sure the resolution of both images is the same before you start otherwise Photoshop will resize the image being pasted to match the one it is being copied on to and you will not end up the size you intended.
You can also just drag one image into another without having to copy and paste

thanks Barrie - I am printing the page and will be playing now. I have already completed something via powerpoint, deleted other photo and adding this one now. Its Not quality on picture I am uploading but the alternative Rannoch Moor. Told Adam (deathracingking) I would upload what we found on 1st Feb! Here goes.....
hi..just another tiny tip..i use the copy/paste/transform tool method too for placing pics in pics...but this method can also be used for completely blending one image into another by using the eraser tool...just click the check cursor after transforming and then you can erase away the edges or other sections of your top image revealing more of your image underneath.
