I do my own PC builds, but when I was looking to do a new build at the end of 2020, I came across an ad for CyberPC builds and was impressed with the included components. They were brand name of good specification and very close to what I spec'd for my planned build. The price was very close to what I planned to pay for my own build. I debated whether or not to avoid the hassle of building my own PC and just buy their pre-built unit that I could pick up at the local MicroCenter. In the end, I decided to build my own and think that might have been a good decision. It seems like assembly quality control and customer support are a real problems based on online reviews. If you get a good unit that is trouble-free, you will probably love CyberPC. If you need customer support or repair, you might regret your choice. Customer support is terrible or non-existent everywhere though these days.
BTW, if you do decide to build your own PC, avoid Coolermaster PC cases. Both fans in the one I bought were problematic. Customer support took forever to respond and they asked for time consuming videos, etc. They then said I would have to wait until after covid quarantines (ok, fine) but after quarantine they just closed out my tickets without explaining anything or replacing the fans. Same thing happened for subsequent tickets I submitted.
