OK will this one do from a previous visit? And yes I did read the article in question first and it did help. It came first in the Photo of the year competition at my camera club so quite pleased as its hot at ISO1600, and even then the shutter speed was a bit marginal.

Funny little shots as I only had my 70-200 + 1.4xTC and these were all at extreme range but the Whitethroat was singing beautifully and I enjoy trying for LBJs in flight:
