This was from a photo collage project I did with teenages on the theme of identity. The project involved photographing things which make that person who they are. The pattern frame around the outside of the collage is actually a photo of the pattern / motif that was on the back pocket of the jeans the girl was wearing.

Photo of a bus journey in Bangkok. Used ticket stubs I'd collected from riding on buses in Bangkok as the frame. Scanned them in and then joined them together in photoshop.bangkok-bus-journey2-copy.jpg

This is the artist Philip Davenport, he is a 'visual poet', hence the painting like treatment and the text frame. Yes, I actually put a little bit of thought into this Grin
