Love cooking curries, making jam and marmalade, I have an abiding love of the chilli pepper. I've just discovered a company that makes a 80% dark chocolate which contains red chillies Wonderful. I also enjoy making proper puddings, the sort that stick to your ribs. ie rhubarb crumble with ginger. Steamed suet sponges with golden syrup, all served with custard, cream or ice cream or all three. I also teach karate.

Mike and dougv where's your sense of adventure.
Don't knock it if you haven't tried it.

Emma
"Hotel Chocolate" do a Red chilli truffle. They also do "Aztec chilli" These are easy to melt chocolate balls infused with chilli that you stir into hot milk. The Purbeck chocolate company in Swanage do a dark Chocolate with whole red chillies in it. And available from Tesco, Lindt do Cherry Chilli creme that sits on top a truffle filling all incased in 70" dark plain chocolate.

Enjoy

No it just allows a fair fight over the last portion. How about Ice cream with chilli. I've made that in the past. You allow the whole chilli to infuse in the milk, then fish them out and chop them finely and then mix them back in before you freeze the ice cream custard mix.
