how do you get on with phone apps do they work . just having a problem with power company app does not want to work

Mine work fine though the power company Bulb is financially bust.

1...Try completely closing the app ( normally when you close an app it doesn't completely close, it just goes into 'standby' ) using the app switcher ( Google that if you don't know how to do it ) then fire it up again
2...if that doesn't help you could try deleting the app and then downloading it again.
3... Or you could try doing a hard reset on your iPhone, that solves most minor problems without losing any data. If you don't know how to do that, Google it.
