Doris Day R.I.P.
Now don't get me wrong with this post of mine. As a youngster I enjoyed her film Annie Get your gun, or whatever.. In later years she was even sexier when she was in her 20s-30s.
And yesterday she passed away. Which brought to my mind - "The Deadwood Stage is a-coming over the hill."
A follow-up, - "The Deadwood Hearse is a-coming over the Hill."
She did a lot of time in the last 20+ years looking after stray dogs. Married 3-4 times, but the last husband (?) if the newspaper is correct, stole her entire fortune..
Hope she rest in peace, and goes to heaven to meet all those dogs she helped and looked after.

Have always been a tremendous fan of hers and I think she was a lovely lady who had had a number of bad deals done to her over the years. Brilliant films, lovely voice and it seems a kind and thoughtful person.
