Do Nikon UK run a sensor cleaning service? If so, how can I find out more about it?

Not sure why you particularly want Nikon to do it though no doubt you have your reson(s) Smile.

The experience of some of my 'colleagues' is that both Nikon and Canon service centres are not quite as good as many of the 'independents' such as Lehmanns or Calumet (Calumet now offer sensor cleaning through all of their branches by the way.. not just a select few as was the case a few weeks ago) Smile

I wouldn't take mine to Jessops, i feel their staff are a bit like PC World/Curry's with minimal training. LCE are very good

Nikon for new cameras do offer a free sensor clean from either them or an approved center of which there is very few (think they limit it to 3 times for the year). I use A J Johnstone & Co in Glasgow for any new kit I have for the 1st year and then do it myself.

As Andy says, with the right kit its not that hard. Just takes a steady hand and clean area to do it...

For 35 you can buy the stuff and do it yourself at least a dozen times.
